If you are looking for a modern style contemporary villa then this one is an absolute stunner. The unspoiled golden beach resorts of Vera Plkaya, Mojacar and Garrucha are a 25 to 35 minute drive away. Three international airports are easily accessible via excellent motorway connections and for golf enthusiasts there are several award winning courses locally including Valle del Este, Desert Springs and Aguillon. The larger town of Albox is less than 10 minutes drive with many more facilities including a tennis club.
